The University of Southampton is one of the top 100 universities in the world and it is a founding member of one of the United Kingdom's most research-intensive associations of universities known as the Russell Group. The students are provided support through the student’s union team at Southampton University. The university offers students to be a part of over 300 societies and clubs and over 2500 volunteering opportunities. The students union offers support to all the students ranging from any financial support to academic support to mental support. The university offers support for disabled students as well. The university help students to find part-time work opportunities and placements within the campus to support student expenses.

Library

The University Library includes a large collection of print and electronic books and periodicals available at the Hartley and other campus locations, as well as a variety of services to support research and teaching throughout the Institution.

The University offers both on and off-campus accommodation for undergraduate and post-graduate students at affordable prices.
