About

The University for the Creative Arts is a specialised public university founded in 2004 and was granted university status in 2008. The University is situated in the South East of England and primarily focuses on arts and design. It has four campuses located all over England, namely, Canterbury, Epsom, and Rochester Farnham. It offers 14 different subjects for all of its degrees which are  Animation, Graphic Design, Architecture, Business Department, Film and TV, Fine Arts, Illustration, Marketing, Promotion and Management, Media and Journalism, Performing Arts, Photography, Crafts, 3D Design and Jewellery. The types of degrees and specialisations available vary from University to all four-campus. The University has arranged several types of residential spaces for the student's convenience, such as studio apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments and communal are among the residential types. The University has grown to become Europe's second-largest institution and one of England's top 40 universities. It aspires to be at the top of the list with its distinctive creative curriculum. Each of the four campuses offers a distinct range of specialised creative courses, as well as convenient access to high-tech equipment and resources. Student Services

The University's well-educated staff provide advice and assistance throughout the student's journey and besides the educated staff, the University's award-winning Students' Union aims to help and guide students. The University is always willing to aid its students, whether with settling in, studying, counseling, or financial advice. The University's student services department is always there to help students. Additionally, the conversations with students are private and they may include assisting students with budgeting or student financial concerns and assisting them with employment issues.

Accommodation

At the University of Creative Arts, all new international students who apply before the primary room allocation (in mid-June), are assured university housing. The majority of accommodation provided by the University is self-catered, includes single study bedrooms with the option of shared or en-suite facilities and the University offers lodging on all of its four campuses. 

Medical Services

It is advised to the students to register with a doctor (GP) as soon as students start their study course at the University. Going to the nearest accident and emergency hospital is also suggested if any students require immediate medical attention. A&E is available 24 hours a day and runs a walk-in (no need to make an appointment). 

Sports Facilities and Club

Sports and physical activities receive the same amount of attention at the University for the Creative Arts, same as lectures and tutorials. The University's superb facilities, activities, and sports are available to all students, university workers, and the local community.
