About

Ravensbourne University London, previously known as Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, was founded in 1959. The University came into existence with the merger of the Beckenham School of Art's Department of Furniture Design and the Bromley School of Art. It is a renowned digital media and design university in London that provides professional courses and degrees in television, fashion and broadcasting, architecture and environment design, interactive product design, animation, moving image, graphic design, media music production, and sound design. The courses provided by the University consist of overseas visits as well. For instance, about 24 Fashion Buying and Brand Management students traveled to Sri Lanka with the purpose of discerning massive manufacturing units at a carbon-neutral, sustainable manufacturing plant, and 25 students were nominated to assist as facilitators at the World Architecture Festival in Berlin, Germany.
